Terms and Conditions for Texas Fast Cleaners

Welcome to Texas Fast Cleaners. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, texasfastcleaners.com, and the purchase of our residential and commercial cleaning services. By booking a service or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Texas Fast Cleaners provides professional cleaning services as described on our website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Payments and Billing

Payment Processor: We use Wix Payments to process transactions. By using our website to pay for services, you agree to be bound by Wix Payments’ terms of service.

Timing: Payments for services are due at least two hours before the time of booking.

Sales Tax: In accordance with Texas State Law, sales tax will be applied to all taxable cleaning services at the rate applicable to your location.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Access to Property: The client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to enter the property (e.g., locked doors, incorrect gate codes), a "Lockout Fee" of $50 may apply.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Fees: Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
4. Client Obligations

Safety: Clients must notify us of any hazardous conditions, pets that need to be secured, or infectious diseases in the household at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Valuables: Please secure cash, jewelry, and items of extreme sentimental value. While we operate with the utmost care, Texas Fast Cleaners is not liable for damage to unsecured or fragile items (e.g., heavy frames held by thumbtacks).
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with an area we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost to you. We do not offer cash refunds.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Biohazard Materials and Unreachable High-Surfaces
Texas Fast Cleaners does not provide biohazard remediation or cleaning of unreachable high-surfaces.
