Refund and Satisfaction Policy

At Texas Fast Cleaners, we take pride in the quality of our work. Because cleaning is a personalized service, we do not typically offer cash refunds. However, we are committed to your total satisfaction.

1. Our "Clean It Right" Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with any area of your home or business that we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of your service completion.

We will schedule a complimentary re-clean of the specific areas that did not meet your expectations.
The re-clean must be scheduled within 48 hours of your original appointment.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Monetary refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are only considered if:

A re-clean was attempted and the service still did not meet the professional standards outlined in our initial agreement.
An appointment was cancelled by Texas Fast Cleaners and cannot be rescheduled to your satisfaction.
You were overcharged due to a billing or technical error.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Refunds

Full Refunds: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, any deposit or pre-payment will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
Partial/No Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 or 25% of the service total, whichever is greater. This fee covers our administrative costs and the loss of a time slot for our cleaners.

4. How to Request a Re-Clean or Refund

To report an issue, please:

Email: Send a brief description and, if possible, photos of the area in question to texasfastcleaners@gmail.com.

We will review your request and respond within two business days.

5. Processing Times

If a monetary refund is approved, it will be processed through Wix Payments to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, etc.). Please note that it typically takes 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
